We are writing this letter to state our official recommendation for BT Land Development as a commercial real estate developer. The Town of Rotterdam Planning Department and Rotterdam Planning Commission have had the pleasure of working with BT Land Development and its president, Mike Giorgio on projects located on both in the eastern and western parts of our Town.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of land use development and has developed quality projects in the Town in very challenging locations. BT Land Development purchased an old vacant commercial building located at one of the busiest intersections in Town on Altamont Avenue and Curry Road and transformed it into a very appealing Saratoga National Bank branch. With some creative thinking on Mike's part after our initial concerns, he was able to incorporate a drive thru lane at this difficult location which functions very well today.
